Appointment Scheduler

This job involves calling home owners and insurance companies scheduling appointment for inspectors based off of the geographic area they are working in. This requires a lot of close communication via phone and email with inspectors and scheduling office staff. All training is provided and all applicants are trained in depth. Weekly inventory of all open cases. This job will have additional responsibilities once fully trained.
