• Photoshop
• New Product Research with stats.
• Monitoring Inventory levels
• Monitoring Hijackers
• Monitoring Sponsored ad
• Write blogs
• Monitoring our seller account on a daily basis
• Coupon code & Promotions through AMZ Tracker and Monitoring.
• Notification about negative reviews.
• Replying to Buyer’s Messages.
• Shipping queue monitoring.
• Improve the BSR for Low sale products.
• Amazon Customer Support.
• Current Listing Enhancement
. Find suppliers for new products.
• Product Optimization
• Manage Keywords
• Monitor Lightning Deals opportunities
• Chargeback claims
• Manage returns
• Create Cases and Monitor all the open Case logs.
. Email list managament
. Wordpress experience to update our company website with new products & images.
• Monitoring social media
