Job Title: Customer Support Associate


Work Schedule: 11:00 AM -7:00 PM MNL Mon-Fri
Training Schedule: 11:00 PM -7:00 AM MNL 2-4weeks Mon-Fri

Salary: $600 / month


We are looking for a Customer Support Associate with 3+ years experience in Handling customer, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution and keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.


Details of the Responsibilities and Tasks



Will act as a liaison, provide information and resolve any emerging problems that customers might face with accuracy and efficiency.
Resolve product or service problems by determining the cause of the problem; using the blockchain as your proof.
Selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting answers to questions
Recording data for new affiliates/partners in a spreadsheet for approval
Filtering and Sorting emails
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies



Skills and Experience Required


Experience with Zendesk or any CRM system
Exceptional written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
Being able to write professional emails to colleagues and clients
Understanding of cryptocurrencies (BIG plus)
Willing to learn a new industry and complete and pass certified bitcoin professional examination
Ability to understand which issues should be forwarded on to higher level support for a resolution.
Strong attention to detail
