IMMEDIATE HIRE: WORDPRESS OPERATOR/SEO SPECIALIST PROJECT BASED

I’m hiring for a part time WordPress designer to work with my marketing companies. We are a marketing company that has recently started offering website design through wordpress and would like to expand our staff. We are also looking into search engine optimization through adwords so a background in SEO is a plus but not required.

ABOUT ME (Brandon):
- I provide marketing coaching and consulting to AD makers
- I provide promotion and publicity services to product developers
- I work hard and move quickly and expect team members to do the same
- I am very loyal and respectful to my employees (some employees have been with me for more than 3 years)
- I own 3 American (U.S.) Companies located in the state of Florida

JOB DUTIES:
- Create blog posts on a weekly basis
- Understand wordpress theme templates and make changes to fit our client's needs
-Reformating sites to be responsive
-Redesign elements in the image we describe
- Setup and manage of posting apps like Upgrade to see actual info
- Link building tasks
- Do online research
- Work for 5 hours a day when assigned to a project.

COMPENSATION PLAN:
- Paid weekly (you must submit invoice) based on an hourly wage. Work is project based.
- Performance bonuses for great work
- 13th Month/Christmas Bonus
- Pay raises awarded based on performance
- For every month that you work, you will receive one paid day for sick/vacation leave (12 Days per Year)
- 7 paid holidays per year: New Year’s Day, Good Friday, Independence Day, All Saints Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve (7 Days)
