Hi,

I am an Online Marketing Consultant. Through my company Smart Marketing Help LLC I provide my clients with everything from Website Design, Hosting, Management, & Maintenance, to SEO and PPC Management.

I am looking for a highly motivated, focused, and ambitious individual to groom from being a VA all the way to eventually becoming a Manager.

You must speak extremely fluent english.

I strongly prefer someone who is willing to work during the day in my time zone so that we can maintain constant communication via Skype. I am on the east coast in the United States. I would like you to work 11 AM Eastern to 3 PM Eastern.

You must be willing to learn new skills and study on your own time. I understand that you will have to learn and be trained as you work "on my time", but I will also assign you homework for you to study "on your own time".

You will start out doing the work I was doing, and eventually you will instead be overseeing/managing/training others to do that work for us.

You will have to prove yourself over time.

You will start out Part Time (4 hours a day). If it works out then in 3 Months (probably less) you will be promoted to Full Time (8 hours a day).

You will be willing to do things the way I want them done.

I will honor "13th month" if you do fantastic work!

I will randomly award bonus payments if you do fantastic work!

This is more than just a job, it is a path to a career for the right person.

After you are promoted to full time you will receive periodic raises, and eventually you will be asked to begin managing/training other VAs to do the work you were doing. If this works out, within a year you could be earning $1,000+ USD per month as a manager.

Your job will start out including the following tasks:
- WHMC management
- cPanel and similar management
- General server administration
- WordPress setup, configuration, management
- PSD to WordPress
- Adding, editing, removing, formatting content on websites
- WordPress plugin installation and configuration
- WordPress theme installation and customization
- Writing and editing HTML, CSS, and PHP
- Setting up email accounts
- Setting up and managing social media profiles and pages
- Setting up and managing mailing list/autoresponder accounts on MailChimp, Aweber, Constant Contact, etc.
- Basic image editing and design work
- Creating website/WordPress backups
- Transferring websites from one site to another
- Generating SEO reports and analysis via SEOMoz and other tools I will provide
- Data Entry
- Research
- Maintaining clear and frequent communication with me regarding all work
- And any other related tasks I ask of you

Starting off Part Time, Monday to Friday, working 11 AM Eastern to 3 PM Eastern US time, is this acceptable for you?

Being paid weekly, $75/week, at the end of the week, is this acceptable to you?

If given a PSD to WordPress project, wherein there are 2 PSD files, one for the main page, and one as a template for inner pages, and the design is fairly robust and complex, how long would it take you to complete that project? How many of these projects can you complete in a week with the hours stated above?
