Rockstar Customer Support and Social Media Virtual Assistant

SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be familiar with how to use Shopify
- Experience with Dropified or other Shopify Apps preferred
- Experience with customer service, answering phone calls and support tickets etc
- Must have at least 1 years working experience in above

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have fast and reliable internet
- Must have a reliable working computer
- Must have good communication skills in English (written and verbal)
- Must respond to communication fast during work hours
- Must be available to work a minimum of 40 hours a week
