My name is Marielle and I started a print on demand t-shirt business for the EU and US market a few weeks ago. I am looking for someone to assist me in my endeavours.

Following are the requirements for the position:
- independent work (eg. coming up with own design ideas for a specific niche)
- great reading comprehension ( I need someone who will listen carefully to design descriptions and implement them accordingly)
- Clip Art Skills
- Typography Skills
- diverse Fonts (eg. you need to have a range of diverse fonts on hand)

not mandatory, but would be great:
- sketching skills
