Telemarketing with a SMILE ????

I'm looking for someone with a caring personality and great people skills to make calls 4 hours daily to generate leads for me - an insurance agent. I'm in the USA - Eastern time zone, so you are 12 hours ahead of me. The calls you make for me will be during the graveyard shift. Please understand you would be working from 10pm - 2pm your time, Tuesday -Friday.

Must have compassion and patience for the elderly, as we market to those 65 years of age and older. The starting goal is a minimum of 25 calls per hour, generating 1-2 highly qualified leads (per hour) - so 4-8 quality leads per day.

I will provide you with the dialer and the simple script.

If you enjoy the job and do it well, full time and/or increased pay is possible.

What you'll need to be successful with this job:
Computer with high speed internet
Mobile or landline phone to make calls (the prospects you call will see my caller ID - not yours)
Quiet workplace - from home
Ability to work 10 pm - 2pm Tues-Fri
Pleasant, calm, and even tempered communication, even if speaking with someone who may be quite unpleasant - Don't take it personally.
Experience with cold-calling.
Ability to generate 4-8 qualified leads per shift.
