Bookkeeping - Daily logging of expenses, payroll in QuickBooks online Australia

Accounting – BAS/TAX lodgement QuickBooks online Australia

Financial Forecasting – Ideally you have the skill set to analyze the cash flow, and budget purchases accordingly so there is always cash available to purchase critical ingredients.


Stock Control – Logging in product arrival, entering production run details ( Unleashed Inventory )

Running a daily stock checks entering into software ( Unleashed Inventory )

File Maintenance

Quality Control – You will oversee the daily product blending ( via video camera ) To ensure employees are putting the correct ingredients in the blender.

Warehouse Control – You will confirm that the warehouse is left in a clean & orderly condition daily ( via video camera )

Forecasting stock requirements – Analysing stock usage and forecasting raw ingredient requirements.

Production Scheduling scheduling product production. Ensuring we always have stock of products.
