You will earn monthly commission for every free wordpress site that you complete. Your job will be to help us find clients that want a free wordpress site so we can place them on our monthly hosting service. You will receive a residual $2.50 per site that you complete. For example, - You have completed a total of 100 sites - You earn a residual $2.50 per site each month (as long as the client use our hosting) - Each month in total we pay you: $250 ------- You will also earn onetime pay (20.00 USD = 812.000 PHP)for completing the free site and extra pay whenever the client wants to update their site. The more free sites that you complete, the greater your residual monthly commission payout. ------- Note: the commission payout is not a (n) obligation of the company. The commission payout is considered a bonus from the company for helping us grow and expand our business. In the case that you decide not to work for IGM you will no longer receive your residual commission payout. ------- *** Projects: ------- From our listed services, we will have clients looking for quality work. Your job will be to complete the presented project to the clients’ specifications in a timely manner with excellent quality work. For each project that we present to you, you must tell us how much you will do the work for and how long it will take to complete the project. Some clients will be on a strict schedule. If we agree with your asking pay, we will assign you the project. Upon assigning you a project you must present a proposal listing each phase of development including the time it will take for each phase of development. Upon completion of the project and client satisfaction, you will be paid for the job completion with possible bonus pay for excellent work. ------- *** Upon being excepted to join our team you must complete a short application and job agreement contract. All team members will be monitored using “track labor” to see that work is actually being done and to insure our services are rendered in a timely manner.
