JOB OVERVIEW

We are in need of an online customer support representative.

This would be a full-time job, ongoing for the foreseeable future, with opportunities to advance in our company.

Your duties would include managing the inbound emails for technical support as well as standard customer support. All work is done via our ticket system (;emails), so voice calls are not necessary.

You must have very good written grammar and will be tested on this prior to being brought on full time.

You should be self-motivated, organized, and have experience working in the customer support or tech support niche.

We are looking for somebody that can work at least 8 hours per day. We have 3 positions available to handle a full 24 hour period. If you can work or want to work more than 8 hours per day, please let us know.

The 3 time zone positions are as follows (but are subject to change)

9am to 5pm PHT (20,000 PH Peso per month)
5pm to 1am PHT (22,500 PH Peso per month)
1am to 9am PHT (25,000 PH Peso per month)

Please advise which positions you are interested in. If you are interested in more than one position, please mention it, as we only need 1 person per time frame posted.

You will be coordinating with our executive team, and you will be asked on your first day (it is paid) to do a series of tests to ensure you are the right fit. You will be required to speak to the team on a regular basis via Skype voice chats, give updates, reports, etc., as needed and as requested.

We are looking for somebody that wishes to make our company the only company they work for. No need for you to take on other jobs -- if you want more hours, we can provide them.

You must have your own computer with a reliable internet and power source. You must have options to always be online during work hours in case there are power or internet issues in your area (within reason.)
