Workers compensation case reviewer and medical necessity case reviewer

Need to call doctors offices during USA time office hours and log calls indicating the date and time you called and who you spoke with. If you reach the provider, you need to arrange for a peer to peer call to take place to have me talk with their doctor. You need to work from 8am to 5pm eastern monday through friday with weekends off. You need to be able to speak english fluently, most of the work is on the computer but almost every case you need to make a call to the providers office.

Need to use guidelines from workers compensation depending on the state to review cases for medical necessity for imaging tests such as mri, physical therapy, labs etc.

Once you find the guidelines to approve or deny a case you will paste the guidelines. Training will be provided.

BE ABLE TO MEET STRICT DEADLINES
BE ABLE TO MAKE OUTBOUND CALLS THAT ARE NOT TOLL FREE CALLS.
