Webmaster for Real Estate Website

I am looking for someone to work 20 hours per week to maintain my real estate website. (long term project) This would include updating 1000+ content pages and marketing the website on social media platforms such as Facebook, Google+, Twitter, Pinterest. This person should know HTML, have decent English writing skills (most of the content will be auto-generated cut and paste, but there may be times you will need to write sentences using proper American English grammar), be able to take screenshots on the computer (Using Jing, Sniping Tool, or similar program) and upload it to the website and insert the screenshot on the webpage using HTML. Familiarity with Photoshop or other image editing program would be ideal as well

In addition to the regular tasks described above, there would be additional smaller projects needing done along the way.

Detailed instructions would be given for all tasks needing done, including a video of me doing the task properly.

If you are familiar with PHP and MYSQL, I may have additional projects for you as well..
