JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a person who is an EXPERT in Sales Conversion, be able to help the company providing all services delivered to all customers and clients by using the best practices found in Mike Mann’s book Make Millions and Make Change, Best Practices Guide and by keeping in mind the 2013 Business Model for all the companies under Mike Mann, which includes ProHR.com LLC.

Roles and responsibilities include but not limited to the following:

Mainly accountable for the leads received from Leadgen and Retention team. Therefore, you will not deal with existing customers at all.

Covers lead and closing down the sales cycle via online processes or appointment setting calls;

In charge of every inbound leads that hit the phones, forms, or emails, and anyone forwards them, maximizing best practices of SalesForce.com and sales practices at MakeMillions.com and BestPracticesGuide.com)

Manages completed forms and abandoned forms, conversion tests, email responses, salespeople speech and text, and other conversion ideas and tests; manages inbound phone bank, and email systems;

QUALIFICATIONS

3-5 years experience as an Outbound Sales or Inside Sales Representative;

Has solid background in Sales and Internet Marketing ;

Has extensive experience doing research and gathering information;

Must have years of experience as an Appointment Setter;

Excellent ENGLISH WRITTEN and VERBAL communication skills (Speaks fluent English with an American or neutral accent);

Possesses firmness and confidence in interfacing with clients;

A Business Management or Marketing degree is a plus;

Technologically adept and has the initiative to learn new skills;

Detail oriented and organized, with exceptional prioritization skills;

Ability to effectively balance conflicting priorities;

Demonstrated proficiency with web-based tools and Microsoft Office applications including but not limited to Project Management, Word, Excel, Google Docs, etc.;

Ability to effectively communicate with senior management, supervisors, peers, and clients, internally and externally;

Has solid grounds in leadership style;

Knows how to handle working in a high-pressure environment;

Meeting deadlines is strictly a requirement (ability to work with tight deadlines);

Have read and understood the contents of www.MakeMillions.com and www.BestPracticesGuide.com.
