Successful US real estate company looking for a rockstar to join our fast-growing company. We buy and sell real estate in the Los Angeles area. We purchase property for cash and spend money on fixing the house and we put it back on the market when we fix it back up and leave it like "brand new" for re-sale. So the only way we make money as a company is identifying great opportunities for us to buy. Meaning we need to run valuations or "comps" on the subject property and buy it low enough for us to factor in construction cost and sales cost then still be able to make money. This position is very important to the growth of the company. Candidate will preferably have some experience with the US real estate market. Experience working with BPO/Appraisal a plus. Candidate will be giving access to the multiple listing service. We will train and give you specific criteria and formulas for calculating what we can pay for the house. We ask that you follow the formula and also you will need to take your best guess at times. You will work from home with a computer and internet connection and I will have some saved searches on the MLS for you to identify properties that seem to be "fixer upper" type of homes to make offers on. You will be in direct contact with the CEO and communicate through Skype and email. You will also write offers on the properties you evaluated and write offers and what you think the house should be purchased for.
