JOB OVERVIEW

Job descriptions:
- Provide IT support regarding software, hardware and equivalent
- Monitor and manage internal information system, internet, telephone configurations and other office supplies such as TV, printer, projector, speakers, etc.
- Set up desktop, laptop, printer and scanner
- Set up, maintain and update Microsoft Windows and MS applications as well as other internal applications
- Maintain and fix IT devices (if needed)
- Provide support in other projects and other relevant tasks as assigned by Manager

Requirements:
- College Degree or equivalent certificates
- Basic knowledge about IT, Internet, server, tools/web applications
- In-depth understanding about PC, hardware, software and connection devices
- Abilities to diagnose and fix problems
- Knowing MCSA is a plus
- Good communication skills
- Enthusiastic and supportive
- Proven work experience (at least 1 year) in similar posts
