SEO Consulting For Drupal 7 Site

Your job would be to have a detailed look at all important parts and give feedback for improving Drupal and SEO.

There are a few things you have to know about this Drupal site.

- it's a site for a german company
- the site is multilangual but for the moment only translated in english (other languages will following this year)
- hosting is in Germany
- traget audience located in Germany
- the main adress is a .com domain
- english and german is separeted in Drupal to adress.com/de and adress.com/en
- there are partners in different country, USA, Canda, and so on, with their own domain and own content + CMS. I guess, there is no need to check them because we are only linking to them where needed.
- www.adress.com links to some sort of a landing/intro page where users choose their country on a world map, linking to their subsidiaries or if no subsidiaries available linking to a contact adress.
- www.adress.de links to www.adress.com/de

- there was a relaunch 2 months ago
- old site was based on a .Net CMS
- it was not registered on google webmaster tools before

Some of our clients main probelms are:

- new content is not showing up in "google alerts" and i don't know why (but thats very important for my client)
- if you search the company name on google.de (germany), it shows mixed results in german AND english
- there are some crawling errors on google webmaster tools
- need to know how to handle xml sitemaps for both languages

- you have to know what "google alerts" is and how it works (!)

- have a close look at my Drupal website and check the whole environment regarding SEO
- checking all necessary source code
- checking google serps
- checking domain names
- checking google webmaster tools (will provide a restricted user login for you)
- checking site speed
- checking google alerts
- give me detailed documented analysis (word, pdf or excel) and feedback. Give hints and tipps how to improve the site regarding english/german content
- give me tipps regarding the

Goals:

- improve clients serps
- documentation (client want to learn this..) with recommendations how to fix the main problems and how client can make this site fit for the future.
- deliver first informations in the next 24 hours from start
