CPA Accountant / Xero Book Keeper Industrial Ecommerce

We are an industrial machinery supplier based in Australia seeing the assistance of an experienced CPA / Book Keeper.
You will enjoy working with our small friendly international dispersed team developing our online
e-commerce platforms assisting them with your finacial accounting skills.

Your position will be to assist our team with the following tasks.

Bookkeeping
Xero Accounting general data entry, supplier invoices etc
Preparing BAS (Business Activity Statements)
Budgeting Company Tax & GST payments
Sending monthly customer statements
Follow up overdue debtors via email/phone

Reporting
Sales Profit & Loss financial statements
Cash flow projection
Inventory management

Suppliers
Quotations requests
Product costing, shipping etc
Stock control and reordering
Payment term negotiations
Purchasing/reordering stock inventory items
Approaching new suppliers for supply agreements, price lists discounts etc
Managing international and shipping freight forwarding companies, costings bookings.

Customers
Prepare costings and quotations
Customer service, answering customers email and phone account enquiries
Monitoring emails and customer follow up systems

Online Store
E-commerce store managing pricing, shipping costs product margins etc
Freight tracking/answering customers product delivery queries

Marketing Budgeting
Monitoring marketing spend and returns on investment
Ebay
Adwords
Classified sites
