JOB OVERVIEW

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY! AMAZON EXPERIENCE IS ESSENTIAL.

I am the owner of an Amazon and eBay stores. We are selling DVD and Blu-Ray's, Computer games, Computer accessories. Been in the business for 5 years. Looking for a personal assistant to delegate a part of my day to day responsibilities, but mainly need assistance answering emails from customers & deleting negative feedbacks.

The job will take 10-20 hours per Upgrade to see actual infopends on the season and quantity of email from customers I receive.

Responsibilities are mostly for Amazon store and Excel data analyzing (not limited to that):
1. Answering to customers emails.
2. Delete negative and neutral feedbacks left for Amazon store.
3. Track lost items in shipments to Amazon.
4. Requesting refunds from Amazon for the lost items
5. Track returned items reimbursement.
6. Creating an informative spreadsheet in Excel when needed.
7. Communication with Amazon to notate Product Condition Customer Complaints, Product Authenticity Customer Complaint.
8. Monitor Product Policy Compliance of the account.


Requirements:
Advanced user of Excel.
Experience with a Customer Service.
Ability to clearly express yourself verbally and in writing.
Advanced knowledge of Amazon.
