WANTED: An eager and enthusiastic full-time VA for an Australian based company. Key areas or responsibility include social media (specifically Pinterest), basic affiliate marketing, basic design work & blog management. Full training and guidance provided.

We’re looking for an enthusiastic VA willing to learn new skills and eager to demonstrate initiative. The role involves four key areas of responsibility:

1) Managing the company’s social media – specifically Pinterest: This opportunity is ideal for an individual that enjoys spending time on Pinterest, has a keen eye for trends relating to women (e.g. fashion, clothes, shoes and other popular pinterest categories).

2) Has a basic understanding of how affiliate marketing works: We would prefer, although not crucial, if the candidate has previous experience with affiliate marketing or is familiar with affiliate programs such as the Amazon Associates Program.

3) Is able to perform basic design work (merging, editing and creating images): Tasks can be performed with just MS Paint but previous experience in design (and therefore use of design software such as Photoshop) would be highly valued and compensated accordingly. Given the link to Pinterest, the candidate we’re looking for is someone that can create engaging and creative pins.

4) Take on the content management of the company blog: The blog will primarily be image based with minimal written text. We will however require someone with proficient to very good written English skills. If you have experience with wordpress, that is a bonus.

5) Other ad-hoc tasks: You may also be asked from time to time to complete additional ad-hoc duties such as voice transcription.

We offer full training with consistent and constructive guidance. We do not expect perfection but rather a willingness to learn and willingness to grow into this position. This role is ideal for those that enjoy exploring the internet and who find inspiration and creativity from interesting content online.

Job Details:

Full time position: Salary is negotiable. This position will have a probation period of 2 weeks to enable both parties the opportunity to determine the right fit. You will be paid weekly during this period. If you continue after the probation period, we can discuss a schedule toward moving to monthly payments for your salary.

Working hours: We would like you to work 8am to 5pm (Philippines time) with an hour lunch break. 5 days a week, Monday thru Friday.

Reporting: You will be required to send a daily report at the end of each work day outlining:

- The tasks you worked on during that day and the time spent on each task
- Areas where you encountered problems
- If there is anything I can help you with. E.g. offer assistance, answer any questions etc.

Computer and internet: You will need access to a computer and internet on a daily basis for this role as well as an email account.
