Full Time Instagram Assistant (Part Time Training 12am-4am)

We are a boutique online marketing agency focusing in Instagram Marketing. We have all tools and systems in place, so we need someone to work with us to assist with the work for all our clients.


Responsibilities include:

- Understanding all the tools and the full process in growing a business Instagram account
- Be available on your scheduled time to do the work you need to do.
- No overtime required, however we expect tasks to be done on the day that it was expected to be done. If you're slower than what you expected, we expect you to either communicate it with us or to make sure you're done on your own time especially for tasks that can be done well within your schedule.
- Our agency rewards good performance. If we can see you working well, you can easily higher with your salary rate and we give monetary bonuses for good performance. But this can also work the other way. No bonuses and no increase in salary if you're not performing well.
- Be communicative. You will work with a team and with some members working outside your schedule, so you are expected to communicate well inside our team chat. Communicating well also means understanding that chats are different from voice and face to face conversations. Therefore saying "ok" can translate to many things. Responding with "Thank you that sounds okay" is better.
- Have self initiative. It is very important for us to know that you will start your work and do all the tasks you need to do without waiting for someone to tell you to start. Begin when you need to begin and for timed tasks, follow the schedule.
