EBAY VIRTUAL assistant - NEEDED NOW - up to 850 USD/ month - FULL TIME

I will need a virtual assistant to help run an eBay store for dropshipping.

I will pay up to 850 dollars/ month if the candidate is perfect and they perform all the extra tasks.

1.You will be paid between 2 - 4.23 dollars/hour base pay. Will vary depending on your experience.
2.Opportunity to make 2-15% on top of base pay, this will depend on my sales. Meaning the better you do , the more you will be paid.
3. Opportunity to get paid an extra 72 dollars/ month if you do extra tasks I give you ( 30 minute tasks each day)

These are the following requirements:
1. Work full time ( 40 hours/ week)
2. Have experience running an eBay store dropshipping.
3. References from 2 previous employers. 1 of which needs to be an EBAY employer.


**Also having managed other people is a plus , as in the future you will manage other employees.**

There will be the following duties. * but not limited to only these*
1. Find items to sell on eBay
2. eBay listing title optimization ( SEO)
3. Answer customer questions.
4. Handle returns/ cases

Eventually you will need to learn how to process orders from me.

You will be needed to work Monday-F and Sunday . 6.5hr/ day. Saturday off
• You can start working between 9 - 10 am your time. 45 minute lunch break
• You will have 7 days off for every 12 months. You cannot take more than 2 days in a row off.
• You will be paid once every 2 weeks on Friday.

You must know how to read, write and speak English.
