Need Web Scraping Scrapy, Python, Selenium Scripter/Developer

Looking for experienced web scraper person to help us develop scraper for our needs. Need to be able to create quality scraper that avoids detection and IP bans. Keeping good logs of errors so that we can backtrack and come up with a solution to any problems that arise when scraping. Knowing how to setup proxies w/authentication will be required.

We prefer scrapy and python, but are open to anything that can get the job done over and over with out much issues.
