Job Overview

• Managing email and physical mail correspondence
• Filing support tickets and setting up basic support tools
• Following up with clients/customers
• Receptionist duties (answering occasional calls)
• Creating basic reports (reports on weekly tasks, deliverables, sales)
• Creating work orders

Skills and Qualifications:
• Minimum of one- year Call Centre experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in real estate/property management is a plus but not required
• Flexible and able to work with minimal supervision
• Excellent attendance and punctuality
• Familiar with excel and Microsoft outlook
• Stable internet connection and willing to work full-time US Mountain Time
• Able to multi-task, has a positive attitude and up for a challenge
• Has initiative and able to work independently
