TASKS AND SKILLS VA
Customer service focused on responding to inbound messages from customers, processing orders and following up on orders with suppliers.
Experience with Amazon (seller central), and Shopify.
GENERAL - Excellent spoken and written English- Confident speaking with customers over the phone- Experience working with spreadsheets
DAILY WORK Primary
- Replying customer questions on
- Inbound customer messages through live chat (1-2 per day)
- Attention to detail (reply to this job with ‘Hola Annie,’)
- Handling returns and refunds with customers and suppliers
- Responding to product and customer feedback- Update sales reports
- Product sourcing and researching
- Product listing layout- Product description writing
- Basic image editing
- Creating product orders in Amazon
