JOB OVERVIEW

Description of job:

1. Community manager for social media for platforms - Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, Google+ and Pinterest.
2. Upload content created to our social media accounts for Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and Google+.
3. Cross promote content across platforms.

You should possess:

• Excellent verbal and written English skills and be able to respond to all communications in a timely manner.
• A reliable computer and dependable 24/7 internet connection.
• Excellent computer skills, including ability to research. All work done online.
• A high level of self-motivation, and an ability to self-manage.
• Good knowledge of Excel and Word.
• Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, Pinterest, Google+, LinkedIn (willing to train for additional knowledge)
• Good knowledge of blog posting.
• Loyalty to the company. We want a long term relationship with you. That's good for both of us.
As we grow, you will be rewarded with revenue based bonuses as well as salary increases based on profits generated.

Employment Details:
- Paid AFTER the first week of reporting and delivery of work tasks. Pay will be 1650php for the trial week. Once work quality and project goals are established pay will be increased to 2500 php per week. 40 hours per week are required.
- At the end of each working day, you'll send me an email outlining the tasks you did that day. TimeDoctor will be used to help track activity.
- We'll sign a non-disclosure/non-compete contract. That will protect both of us.

Your main everyday tasks would be:

* Management and maintenance of company Social Media accounts.
* Research and read relevant blogs on a daily basis to keep up with social media news.
* Contribute to and monitor existing social media (including Google+, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Twitter, Facebook).
* Maintain active profiles on a variety of social media platforms.
* Excellent creative writing skills, ability to quickly write short blog posts; ability to prepare short promotional posts, or summarize provided BLOG content for Facebook, Google+ and Twitter (with use of bit.ly)
