Full time website and graphics designer needed

Hello!

I own a digital agency that manages the entire online presence for businesses. We are growing quickly and are in great need of a website and graphics designer. Most of our team members were hired on this website and we are so excited to welcome an additional person to our team.

Everyone on our team knows that attention to detail, consistency, and delivering high quality work is a must. I personally have been in the website design and development business for over 20 years and will meet with you on a regular basis to provide insight and guidance. While delivering great work is a requirement you are also given the freedom to make good decisions and encouraged to continue learning to improve your skills.

Open and frequent communication is encouraged with myself and also the rest of our team. We want to get to know you as a person and help you be very successful. The most important part of my job is making sure that you are happy and taken care of. I actively seek advice and input from each team member because everyone has valuable thoughts and they are important to me.

The design style that we offer our clients is clean, minimal, and consistent across all of the designs that we do for the client. Choosing a color palette that communicates the client's brand while keeping in mind their requirements is important.

All of our website designs are created from scratch, we do not purchase themes and then customize them.

In addition to design work you will also have the opportunity to use SCSS and the TailwindCSS CSS framework to code your designs. All code needs to be clean, make good use of variables, and take full advantage of Tailwind's utility-based approach to CSS. While we have some customers with sites using Bootstrap and Foundation we do not actively work with these frameworks.
