Rockstar Graphic Designer (PH Home Based) - 400 - 1200 USD month Full Time

We own over 6 different businesses including blogs, shopify stores, youtube channels, online courses and an Amazon store. The job will be primarily creating graphics for canvases but there will be some times when light website admin and social media work will be necessary.

Your job will mainly be creating graphics like the following: Upgrade to see actual info however with a more positive message and image.

We are looking for a graphic designer to create designs for the following:
- Product Graphic Design: for items mainly including Canvases Tshirts and other physical products
- Infographics
- Illustrated images/videos with music for Instagram stories
- Marketing materials for social media. such as facebook posts and Facebook Ads
- Website design: Graphics and logos for our Wordpress site

Required Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university (Preferred: Fine Art Design, Marketing or related discipline)
-Minimum of 3-5 years experience in graphic design
-Fluent in English: written & speaking
-Have worked on at least 2 major projects with portfolio

Required Skills
• Graphics & Multimedia
- Illustrator (ability to make designs from scratch)
- Photoshop
- Worked with wordpress and website design before

Bonus skills (Not required but would be appreciated)
- Video Editing
- Social media management
- Experience making graphics for digital advertising campaigns such as facebook ads
- Experience developing packaging design or physical product design

We are looking for someone who is very talented at graphic design, specifically with illustrator. You must have the ability to create designs FROM SCRATCH in illustrator. All graphics/vectors/art used must be 100% commercial along with 100% free commercial use fonts. Compensation Detail:
-$400 - $1000: base, based on experience full-time. Salary will increase after 3 months of Excellent work. May qualify for bonus based on performance evaluation after 12 months.

Position: FULL TIME (40 hours per week)

- 13th month bonus every year (prorated for the first year)

We are looking for someone that will be committed to our company ideally working for us for several years or longer if you are happy working for us. We will make sure you are paid well and there will be room for raises yearly and vacation time.

If accepted you will be given up to 10 hours to work on a test project. If we like the work of your project you will be invited to work on a temporary 2 week basis. If we are a good fit after 2 weeks you will be hired full time.

Stage 2: Application Project
-If your qualifications & email meets our requirements, you will receive an email with directions for a project for you to complete.
-You will have to complete the project within 72 hrs after it has been sent to you.
-You will be able to work on the project for 10 hrs, these will be paid at the rate of $5.00 hour.
-Designs and elements will be checked for trademark and copyright compliance...No copying or stealing is tolerated.

Stage 3: Preliminary Interview
-Once you have completed the project, please give us 48-72 hrs to review your work. Another email will be sent to you to inform you of the project results & to schedule an interview.
