• We don't care what school or college you graduated or not graduated. We don't care about your formal education. But we expect you to be proficient in using your computer and the Internet. A Super-Star Employee has only one skill or super-power: she can use Google like a ninja. No matter what new concept or new task is thrown at her - she can do anything because she can search on Google and find out.
