Email Customer Support Associate

We are MTailor, a San Francisco based tailoring startup that designs custom-fitted men's clothing from an app on your phone or tablet.

We are looking for someone to join our customer support team to help answer customer inquiries through email.

Applicants should have strong computer skills, excellent English reading and writing comprehension, and be looking for a full-time position. Applicants need to have an excellent internet connection.

We ask for availability from 9am to 5pm Monday-Friday, California time, for at least the first weeks of the job. We would like someone to start as soon as possible.
