PHP Programmer in Davao, experience and desire to work with AI

I'm looking for a programmer who is a conceptual thinker, who knows PHP front and back, and who is interested in working with cutting edge Artificial Intelligence algorithms. This will be a long-term project.

This is a rapid prototyping environment. This is not one long development, but rather dozens of short modifications, where some will go into production.

Requirements:

1. Should live within short traveling distance of Davao, since that will be where I travel to.

2. Should have a college degree

3. A familiarity with AI methods is needed, but I understand that specific methods and techniques will take time to learn. Much of this is cutting edge, and we will invent it.

4. Preference given to Masters degree.

5. Preference given to IQ over 120

6. Preference given to fluent in English.
