- We’re a husband and wife team who works with two companies Upgrade to see actual info and Upgrade to see actual info. The first is his baby, the latter, mine. One supports companies in scaling and having and awesome culture. The other helps couples in having the most playful, peaceful, passionate relationship possible.
- Raj co-led Speck Products (a top iphone accessory makers in the world) from $0 to $20 million in 3 years (i is now a $100+ million dollar company) and was recognized as #41 on Inc 500’s Fastest Growing Privately Held Companies List and has decades of experience in product design and manufacturing, team management and transformation.
- I have 20+ years experience teaching life success and 6 years focusing on couples.
- We each have have 20+ years experience each in leading teams and training as well as an extensive background in education and personal development.
- We live in Santa Barbara, CA, USA where we approach life with a can do, positive attitude.

CORE ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Support the growth of 2 businesses run by husband and wife by providing excellent project management and people management skills. This includes:

- Keeping track of and ensuring the timely implementation of weekly deliverables for current paying clients.
- Keeping track of key deadlines for business scaling projects and managing resources to meet those deadlines.
- Troubleshooting / follow through on stuck points / keep projects on track.
- Being positive and supportive of staff to keep them motivated and inspired to do great work. (We are a team of 3, soon to be 4 and with you, would make 5).
- Quality Assurance for support staff output to ensure level of desired quality.
- Tracking and reporting on key company metrics to make sure work efforts are moving the company in the right direction.
- In addition to project management, this position will require actual support activity on the “doing” side. It’s all hands on deck!

QUALIFICATIONS
- 2+ years experience as an Operations Manager
- 3+ years of experience as a virtual assistant working with US-based companies
- Great communication skills including being a strong English speaker (We will regularly have zoom calls)
- Takes initial direction and runs with it, producing results exceeding expectations
- A positive, “can do” attitude even under pressure
- A enthusiastic and fast learner

REQUIRED SKILLS
- Eye for upleveling, organization and automation (We’re organized and looking to get even better)
- Project Management skills - Keep a top level eye on the goals and our progress.
- Experienced using Asana, Gantt Charts, Toggl, etc. and other tracking tools
- Above average with Microsoft Excel
- Above average with Microsoft Project
- An eye for marketing and refining the customer life cycles for ongoing optimization and automation.
Ontraport (automated marketing / sales software) management - We want to up level our basic current use. Campaigns, sequences, Ontrapages etc.
- Creating and tracking metrics (Already set up, needs to be monitored, reported on and upleveled as needed)
- Strong people skills (Just three of us in the team, plus you makes four, yet we love to love our lives and want to make sure we have a positive working experience.

PLUS SKILLS
- Wordpress experience
- A good eye for layout / graphic design (We use Canva so it’s pretty easy)
- Video editing and creation (We will soon be hiring in this area, but a plus if you have some skill here too. We want to focus on getting a lot of videos out for one of the two companies).
- Manychat or other chat bots
- Running Facebook, Instagram and Twitter social media
- Hiring and other HR skills (We’re small but want to grow, you would hire your own assistants!)

NEXT STEPS

This job is 30-40 hours a week, $6-8 an hour depending on experience and performance. Required overlap hours are Monday - Friday, 3pm PST - 8pm PST and the rest is flexible.
