We are a growing e-commerce wedding company based in Hong Kong. To cope with our future development we are now looking for 2-3 long-term assistant to join us as a home-based Project Assistant.

Schedule

- 4 hours a day
- 3-5 days a week - your choice from Monday to Sunday (You need to be available at least 3 days a week)
- Flexible Schedule - Choose your own schedule from 10am-7pm (GMT+8)

Responsibilities

- Conducting web research
- Assist in preparing materials for online engagement.
- Handle administrative task
- Assist in database management
- Handling customers inquiry and provide pre/after sales order follow-up
- Provide support to the department's daily operation and handle ad-hoc projects

Required Skills and Experience

- Knowledge of e-commerce and Online Marketing
- Has a reliable computer and a stable internet connection
- Has keen attention to detail
- A strong command of written English
- Tech Savvy
- Proven ability to meet deadlines and work accurately at pace
- Proactive with strong interpersonal skill and detail-minded
- Graphic Design Experiences will be an advantage
