Ambitious & motivated ILLUSTRATOR for T-Shirts

We are looking for an ambitious, motivated ILLUSTRATOR. This must have the following abilities:

Fluent in written and spoken English
Organizes and loves to learn
Can follow the instructions
Must be open for feedback (by mail or video)

The ILLUSTRATOR must be able to do the following:

1) Create ORIGINAL, MOSTLY HAND DRAWN creative T-shirt designs. Applications without illustrations or hand-drawn patterns in your portfolio will not be accepted.
2) 75-100 designs should be created per week.

Again, if you work mainly with vectors and have no experience with illustrations, please DO NOT APPLY!

The job pays $300 a month with bonuses for permanent candidates.
Please attach samples of your ORIGINAL ARTWORK to your answers.

If you are selected, we will conduct a paid test run to determine if we are a good match.
