Full-Time Project Manager for Digital Marketing Agency

A digital marketing agency is in need of a Project Manager who will systematize and closely monitor all aspects of website development projects and assist in managing the day-to-day tasks associated with running the digital marketing agency.

The Project Manager should have a good understanding of the entire scope of the project, including web design and development, along with having sufficient knowledge of the technical details to give sensible updates and coordinate accordingly with the team on a daily basis.

This position will report to the Operations Manager and the CEO of the company and work with remote team members. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, a skilled communicator, process-oriented, and have a passion for excellence in delivering projects.

Core Responsibilities:

• Initiating and taking ownership of project workflows and timely updating of the project management system/s to ensure smooth delivery of projects
• Coordinating the daily tasks of remote team members
• Delegating actionable tasks from clients to the relevant team members
• Providing professional customer support via email
• Providing regular updates to the Operations Manager and the CEO with the status of each project; proactively escalating any issues and recommending solutions
• Working with the Operations Manager in strategically identifying process optimization opportunities
• Conducting and documenting project debriefs outlining the assessment of each accomplished project: identifying strengths, weaknesses, and suggestions for improvements on the next projects and launches
• Writing website contents as needed

Skills and Experience requirements:

• English fluency both in verbal and written communication
• Expert knowledge of project management methodologies
• Proven project management experience in digital marketing is required
• Extensive experience in using Basecamp, Podio and other project management systems is preferred
• Ability to see the big picture and assist in building processes accordingly
• Strong organizational skills; people management experience is a plus
• Proven content writing and customer support experience
• Strong attention to detail; ability to follow through
• A positive “can-do” attitude
• A team player who is trustworthy and respectful of others
• Proactive, reliable and efficient
