A fast-growing organization in the US automotive manufacturing industry with more than $50M annual revenue is looking to tap into the talented Filipino workforce.

The organization is looking for a full-time Virtual Assistant (Presentation Expert), who will be providing administrative support to different Business Units. The position will be focused on generating and updating Microsoft PowerPoint presentations to be used during meetings with the Senior Management and clients. He/she will be also responsible in creating project quotes and other project related tasks.
An original PowerPoint presentation of your own making will also be helpful during application assessment.

The position will require the following skills and qualifications:
• College graduate
• 5 to 10 years of work experience
• Advanced to Expert level knowledge in creating PowerPoint presentations
• Skills with analysis and making business presentation
• Excellent communication skills and comfortable in interacting remotely with people from the US
• Detail-oriented, quick and eager to learn

The position will be expected to log 40 to 45 hours per week, with regular working hours from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM EST. The position will also be requested to be available between 8:00 PM to 2:00 AM EST a couple of times every month.

Hourly rate is negotiable.
2 to 5 years VA experience
Preferred applicants will be living within Metro Manila and have no current employment.
