IMMEDIATE HIRE: Looking for ILLUSTRATOR for Growing T-Shirt Business. Weekly Pay + Bonuses + Sick/Vacation Leave

I'm looking for a talented, motivated, ambitious individual wanting to join a fast growing T-Shirt Design studio. As an ILLUSTRATOR you will be a very important addition to the team and must have the following skills:

This role is part-time role for the first month to determine how you integrate with the team. With promotion to full-time positions for the right candidates.

ABOUT MY COMPANY:
- We are growing Print On Demand (POD) design studio
- We create artwork for selling in a number of platforms as well as our own website
- I work hard and move quickly and expect team members to do the same
- I am very loyal and respectful to my employees (some employees have been with me for more than 2 years)
- I give performance bonuses for exceptional work (If I make money you should be rewarded for that)
- I own 2 British (UK) companies located in the North of England

JOB DUTIES:
You must be able to do the following:
- Create ORIGINAL, HAND DRAWN creative t-shirt designs. Applicants with no illustration or hand drawn samples in their portfolio will not be accepted.
- Be able to create 40-50 designs a week.
- IMPORTANT: if you mainly work with stock or library vectors and have no illustration experience please do not apply.

COMPENSATION PLAN:
- Paid weekly (you must submit invoice)
- Performance bonuses for great work
- 13th Month/Christmas Bonus
- Pay raises awarded based on performance
- For every month that you work, you will receive one paid day for sick/vacation leave (12 Days per Year)
- 7 paid holidays per year: New Year’s Day, Good Friday, Independence Day, All Saints Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve (7 Days)
