Creative Video Professional Editor Needed for an E-Commerce Entrepreneur (Philippines Only)

I am looking for an experienced Professional Creative Video Editor to assist with my growing business. I already have solid quality processes in place, but I need someone who can start on a part time basis (with the possibility of going full-time) to help with my video marketing to help grow sales.

The ideal candidate will be a motivated self-starter, honest, and reliable! Of course we will supply the raw video content, but you must be creative in your video editing skills and be able to show us some of your best videos that you personally edited, as that would be the best way of showing off what you can do.

I am looking for someone to join me on a long-term basis and I hope to keep this relationship going for many years.

THIS COULD BE A FULL-TIME JOB WITH PERFORMANCE INCENTIVES, HOLIDAY PAY & A 13TH MONTH PAY FOR THE RIGHT PERSON.

I am looking for an individual who will grow with me and take an interest in my business and all of what we do. Please take time to make a personalized response.

To begin, I think that I will need someone to help me for 20-30 hours per week. Depending on your skills and how well we work together, the number of hours could increase as I give you more responsibility. Or it may be where you will be continually contracted to do video work for us year round (which is what we are definitely seeking).

The successful applicant will be mainly using Adobe Premiere Pro to help with our video marketing campaigns and also needs to be creative in collaborating with us their ideas in their video “story telling” skills. Meaning, don’t be afraid to make suggestions when it comes to how a video needs to be put together. Again, show off your skills.

If you’re not using Adobe Premiere Pro and are instead using AVID Media Composer or Final Cut Pro, then as long as you can show how good you are then we can still work with you.

Skills:
The ideal person for this position...
• Must have a reliable internet connection
• Must be able to use Skype w/ microphone. Voice will be required.
• Must know how to use all of Adobe’s key applications:
- Premiere Pro
- After Effects
- Audition
- Photoshop
- Illustrator
• Helpful to have some knowledge of using other Adobe apps:
- InDesign
- Lightroom
- Media Encoder
- Acrobat Pro
• Creative Video Advertising (know how to paint a good story in your videos that you’re editing)
• Should be an excellent communicator and have great communication skills
• Excellent computer, organizing and planning skills
• Ability to track and follow-up on all activities and commitments
• Should be an excellent learner with the ability to understand and execute complex written and verbal instructions
