Part Time Illustrator / Designer

We are a small company looking for a very motivated, driven individual who can provide custom, hand-drawn merchandise designs & graphics, mainly for t-shirts. This is for an illustration & design position in the company starting as a part time employee who can communicate well and willing to voice their own suggestions and ideas when the opportunity presents itself. Ideal goal will be full time position in the future.

Part time will start at 13,000 PHP per month for a minimum of 50 designs a week. We will provide a list of ideas that can range from specific designs to simple but eye catching text based typography designs. Must be able to create hand-drawn designs. All designs must be original and unique. All images are expected to be personally created or used from free for commercial use resources.

Requirements:
Excellent organizational skills
Fluent in communicating in English. Written & Speaking.
Daily communications
Self-starter & motivated.
Able to complete tasks as required and meet deadlines
Creative & Independent thinking, not afraid to ask questions and offer suggestions / ideas.
Create custom designs, (hand drawn, typography, vector) and revisions
No copyright infringement, must be able to provide commercial source
Familiar with Dropbox & Google Spreadsheet
