Rockstar Implementation/ Member Specialist

We are in the coaching and consulting space for the fitness industry and are looking for a Rockstar Implementation/ Member Specialist.

We run an online mentoring business with clients all over the world and a team that spans Philippines, Australia and the United States.

We need someone who is confident, self motivated and can follow Upgrade to see actual info involves wearing several hats and keeping extremely organised. We just need the right candidate to step up the plate and make things happen.We are only looking for a highly motivated staff. Someone who love and takes pride of their work and someone who will go far and beyond for a task to be completed.

Familiar with InfusionSoft, Zapier,Click Funnels, Helpdesk Tool
Must have former call center, customer service or help desk experience; providing email support
More importantly we need someone who is sharp and knows how to take ownership on a new project, and who learns quickly.

This is a remote position so naturally:

You need a computer and a reliable internet connection to do your work.

Here is what your job will look like:
Onboard new members
Attend and resolve members inquiries through email, live chat, and other social media
Handles and resolve all level 1 issue of members ( IT, Accounts)
Escalate Level 2 issues to the correct resource
Administer helpdesk tool
Moderate social media
Research & Post new content daily on social media sites, and email customers to promote products.
Research content for the modules
Edit video content
