Personal/Professional Assistant (PennyWorth)

I am looking for a Personal Assistant, someone who can do the highest tasks (banking) and can also do the lowest tasks (please pick up my laundry.

In highest task, someone who is willing to be trained (growth factor) and on
lowest task, someone who is confident enough to not have ego problems.

Requirements:
-Someone who has a strong desire to learn, weather or not you are a collage graduate doesn’t matter but you have to have a strong desire to learn.
-Computer literate.
-Humble. Down to earth. Friendly. Pleasant personality.
-Organized preferred female.
-Must have a smart phone.
-Must have a laptop, Preferably Mac.

Who You'll Be Working With,
I'm a growing entrepreneur.
I publish books through Amazon.
I would need the assistant to do both professional and personal tasks.

We will be meeting Monday to Friday, 8 hours a day.
This is for me to see your commitment to the position.
If you have somewhere else to attend and can't work 8 hours daily then the job is not for you.

I believe in studying and self-growth.
I am only interested in hiring somebody who wants to learn and grow because that is an important aspect in my life.

The salary will be 15 Thousand pesos Per Month.
Probation period of Two months is Ten Thousand.

When you pass the probation months your monthly wage will be Fifteen Thousand Pesos and onwards. You will be paid hourly at 63 Pesos on the probation months and 93 Pesos onwards.

You will experience lots of changes of tasks as a PA would.

The purpose of this specific hiring is for long term Personal Assistant.

Please note that My Purpose is to have a long Term PA (PennyWorth.

I would like my assistant to be similar to Batman’s Assistant, Alfred Pennyworth, where Alfred just got Batman’s back in good times and bad times. I know that is kind of a fantasy but it is doable, very much so. I got inspired seeing how Alfred Pennyworth is assisting Batman including the highest and the lowest areas of Batman’s life.
