JOB OVERVIEW

Are you a motivated administrative assistant with great customer service skills, wanting to learn a wide range of skills?

Then we want you.

We're a growing Ecommerce company looking to hire a full time admin assistant/customer service rep.

Your daily tasks will consist of:
- Email customer support
- Phone customer support
- Social media customer support
- Product order fulfillment

Because this is a customer support position, we would require you to to have near perfectly fluent verbal and written communication skills in English.

If you do not have the above requirement, please refrain from applying as this is a mandatory requirement.


Skills required:
- Customer support skills
- research
- Follows direction
- Attention to detail

(If you don't know how to perform some of the tasks required, we are willing to teach you if you are motivated)

Specific Requirements:
- Must have a phone to answer support calls (must be able to download app through android or iphone)
- Must have a Facebook account

Working hours are:
1 - 10 PM PST (4 AM - 1PM Philippines Time)
