Looking for full-stack developer for website developement

I am in need of building a website that is very similar to this one: Upgrade to see actual info

It would have 2 main parts/types of users to it:
1) First, an area for people offering deals where they could list their products in a table format similar to the Upgrade to see actual info site there (the details of the product would get pulled from Upgrade to see actual info after they provided a URL link to their Amazon product)
2) A user who would claim the deals. When the user claimed the deal the website would verify their information and adjust the number of the units available down.

It would start off pretty basic, but the features and look would be similar to the Upgrade to see actual info site (although to start it wouldn't have as many pages or information).
