Convert PDF content to google spreadsheet

PDF with 94 pages (2 sided) of contact information that needs to be transcribed to Google Spreadsheet (or Excel). Approximately 3,700 contacts. The Google Spreadsheet has be set up, I will share link once the project is started. I will email the full pdf file with all of the contacts.
