We're a SaaS company with pioneering technology on WiFi and Proximity Marketing through our proprietary platforms. We're looking for a team player who can join our dedicated staff in a fast-paced adventure in the startup environment with numerous upsides and rapid growth.
Key responsibilities:
- Ability to build company relationships with existing clients
- Respond to customer queries and attend to their complaints in an effective and timely manner
- Manage and maintain existing accounts that are near renewals
- Downsell/upsell other services being provided by us
- Build positive working relationships with customers for repeat businesses
- Explain customers about new products and benefits.
- Make sales calls to existing and new customers for business growth.
- Perform customer negotiations and reach a fair conclusion from both business and customer perspectives
