USA based e-commerce company is looking for customer support agent.

Your responsibilities will be:
- answering customer support tickets
- working with other company departments to ensure customers issues are handled

Requirements:
- customer support experience min 2 years
- excellent English language skills
- positive, no excuse attitude
- ability to solve problems
- high sense of responsibilty
- Shopify platform knowledge
- reliable/fast internet connection
