I am looking for a experienced and seasoned Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Manager to assist with my growing business. I already have solid quality processes in place, but I need someone who can start on a part time basis (with the possibility of going full-time) to help with increasing the percentage of website visitors by methodically testing alternate versions of our page and process. This way our online retail business will be able to generate more leads or sales without investing more money on website traffic, hence increasing their marketing return on investment and overall profitability.

The ideal candidate will be a motivated self-starter, honest, and reliable! This is the first time I have considered hiring a virtual assistant, so things I would like to see in your application would include skills you would be able to assist me with.

I am looking for someone to join me on a long-term basis and I hope to keep this relationship going for many years.

THIS COULD BE A FULL-TIME JOB WITH PERFORMANCE INCENTIVES, HOLIDAY PAY & A 13TH MONTH PAY FOR THE RIGHT PERSON.

To begin, I think that I will need someone to help me for 20-30 hours per week. Depending on your skills and how well we work together, the number of hours could increase as I give you more responsibility.

The successful applicant will be mainly using WordPress (WooCommerce) to help with our CRO Management.

Skills:
The ideal person for this position...
• Must have a reliable internet connection
• Must be able to use Skype w/ microphone. Voice will be required.
• Must know how to use WordPress & WooCommerce back door to code in HTML (and other hard coding methods) that will not disrupt our existing website’s look and/or appearance
• Must know how to perform Landing Page Optimization to:
- Help us build a Landing Page which compliments our paid campaigns
- To help us gain maximum ROI on our PPC, CPC and other paid campaigns
- To Optimize our landing page will help convert more visitors into customers to increase more revenue
• Must perform A/B Split-testing, URL, Multivariate, Conversion Tracking Tests and show results (through PDF documentation presentation) without disrupting the existing websites day to day functionality by:
- Analyzing our website to understand the workflow and visitor behavior
- Being able to identify the money leaking areas on your website
- Presenting optimized designs to fix those leaks
- Test the designs against the original
- Provide Data backed Results and Winning Variations for your website
- Make sure that the tests will run successfully in all browsers and all mobile devices
• Must be able to perform a Conversion Audit
- Be able to identify loop holes in our website which are causing friction for our visitors
- Be able to identify the persona of users and segment them accordingly
- Be able to present ideas and recommendations to improve the website’s performance
- Be able to present a detailed PDF report which will help us strategize and optimize our website efficiently
• Must be able to optimize mobile
- Be able to figure out all the leaks and loop holes on our mobile website and fix them
- Making sure that the user experience remains smooth and easy to access
- To increase our Mobile Conversion rate to 100%
- To continue to stay ahead of the competition and generate more revenue from our mobile traffic
• Make (on the fly) suggestions to help improve our sites checkout process if something is noticed that needs immediate attention
• Be able to continually maintain and seek out issues, so that our customers have easier time finding what they need during the ordering process
• Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign (not a must, but a big plus if you know how to use these programs for graphic editing from time to time)
• Should be an excellent communicator and have great communication skills
• Excellent computer, organizing and planning skills
• Ability to track and follow-up on all activities and commitments
