We are a company that teaches sexuality and relationship education. We also help other businesses create online conferences. What we do is fun because we are so different.

We have been growing quickly and need a Virtual Assistant who is looking for a fun, challenging, long-term job to help us manage the behind-the-scenes. This position is primarily cleaning up transcripts and adding closed captions to videos with the potential for more responsibility down the road.

We want someone who not only has the skills to do the work, but who has the attitude and the values that match our own.

We are seeking a full-time Virtual Assistant who can:

- Transcribe hundreds of interviews per year
- Add closed captions to videos
- Conduct research online
- Attend meetings and manage follow-up tasks
- Speak, read, and write English with very high proficiency (our clients pay us for accuracy on transcripts and closed captions since their customers read them, so English written skills are a MUST - any errors in your profile or responses will disqualify you)
- Help with project management and tracking project statuses for multiple projects
- Manage their time well and pays exceptional attention to detail - the small stuff really matters in our business

Ideally, you also have:

- Experience with transcription and closed captions
- A proven track record with other online, foreign companies
- Experience with feminism and social change/activism

We would prefer someone who can work four hours per day within the window of 9am - 6pm Pacific U.S./Canada, five days per week (20 hours). For the right candidate, we can be flexible with the times that you work.

Daily check-ins will be part of the job and you will be joining video calls on a regular basis, so having a quiet location with fast internet is important.
