JOB OVERVIEW

Answer phone calls. Data entry, email management and CRM. Typing documents. Creating template forms. Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint). Comfortable using social media (YouTube, Facebook, Instagram).

Must have LinkedIn account. Must use WhatsApp or Skype for fast communication in addition to email/telephone.
