JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a skilled Account Manager that can work for one boss, but perform duties for two different companies (in two different industries). Must work US East Coast hours (8 am - 6pm).

We expect consistent process execution with world-class professionalism.

Dan is working with two different companies, one who deals with cafeteria technology in schools and another company that manufactures plastics on a high-level consulting/executive function.

Each customer is seeking massive revenue growth that will be driven largely through your role as the Account Manager

POTENTIAL TASKS:
As one of the Account Managers with these two companies, you’ll be given a host of tasks to perform separately for both companies. These may (or may not) include any or all of the following opportunities:
- Understanding both companies’ product lines (features and benefits) to guide current (and future) customers
- Support both companies’ current customers in an account manager role: calling to check-in on them, relaying their needs/wants to the rest of the team
- Log your notes from phone calls with customers in each company’s separate CRM
- Upsell current customers to related products that fit their vision
- Maintain each company’s social media by posting fresh, engaging content and responding to comments in a positive tone of voice

REQUIREMENTS:
- Fluent in conversational English
- Flawless written English
- Fast, reliable internet connection
- Crisp, clear, and reliable phone setup
- Excellent emotional intelligence
- Proven history of reliably following a process
- Detail-oriented and organized (to make sure each company’s CRM stays clean and tidy)
